All demands of rape victim’s family accepted by CM Yogi: MLA Hathras

Hathras, October 02: The Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Hathras Hari Shankar Mahore confirmed that all the demands of the aggrieved family of the rape victim, who died after fifteen days of fighting for life, have been fulfilled by the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Now other political parties are making a scene out of it.

During a conversation, he said that the Chief Minister has given seven days time to the Special Investigation Team ( SIT) Committee to investigate the matter. Everyone should wait for the investigation report. Based on the investigation report, strict action will be taken.

โ€œRegarding the strike of the National Golden Council in favour of the accused after the medical report of the girl, the MLA said that the SIT committee will have to be trusted. If others want to check with any agency, we are together,โ€ said MLA.

He assured that we are also in favour of a fair investigation into the matter.

National campaigner of the National Golden Council, Pankaj Dhabraiyya said that politics is being done by political parties in the matter. Repeated statements are being changed in the case.

He said that the case should be thoroughly investigated.

He further said that the political parties have lit the matter and has maligned Hathras and the Golden Society. Police and administration have performed their duties.

Pankaj said that SIT should have video conferencing, narco test on both sides. They demand that the case to be investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
