After LS, 45 MPs from Rajya Sabha suspended for current session

New Delhi, December 18: After the Lok Sabha, a large number of MPs from the Rajya Sabha were also suspended for the current session on Monday. There are a total of 45 MPs, including Congress leaders Jairam Ramesh, Randeep Singh Surjewala, and KC Venugopal.

One member has already been suspended from the House on Friday. Including this, so far, 46 MPs have been suspended from the Rajya Sabha for unruly conduct.

On the other hand, 33 MPs were also suspended in the Lok Sabha today. 13 MPs had already been suspended from the House. Overall, 92 MPs have been suspended from the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
