CM Yogi directs officials to form special team for land dispute cases

Gorakhpur, April 23: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed officials to form a special team to resolve land disputes. Ownership of land should be vested in the rightful owner. If someone’s land has been encroached upon by powerful people, the land should be freed and the culprits should be taught a legal lesson. Illegal land grabbers should not be spared.

Chief Minister stated that the government is committed to ensuring that no injustice is done to anyone and that everyone lives in prosperity.

Chief Minister Yogi was listening to people’s grievances during the janata darshan at the Gorakhnath Temple on Thursday morning.

He personally approached the people seated on chairs outside the Mahant Digvijay Nath Smriti Auditorium in the temple complex and listened to their problems one by one. During the meeting with approximately 200 people, he assured everyone that no injustice will be allowed to happen to anyone.

Referring all applications to the relevant officials and directing them for prompt and satisfactory resolution, the Chief Minister assured the people that the government is determined to resolve the problems of every victim.

Regarding land dispute cases during the Janta Darshan, he instructed officials to deploy special teams to resolve such cases expeditiously.

Several people approached the Chief Minister with requests for financial assistance for medical treatment. Yogi assured them that the government would provide full support.

Handing over their applications to the officials, the Chief Minister directed that the treatment estimate be completed as soon as possible and made available to the government.

He directed that police-related cases be resolved with complete transparency and impartiality, stressing that no injustice should be done to anyone. Every victim should be treated with sensitivity and assistance.
