Ayodhya, January 30: Nripendra Mishra, chairman of the Ram Temple Construction Committee, arrived in Ayodhya on Friday. On this occasion, he shared important updates related to the Ram Temple construction with the presser.
He informed that informal consent has been received for the President Droupadi Murmu to visit Ayodhya on March 19. A special program will be organized on March 19 to mark the Hindu New Year.
He also informed that the President will honor approximately 400 workers at the Ram Temple complex.
The Central Cultural University, Delhi, handed over the 400-year-old Valmiki Ramayana to Champat Rai, General Secretary of the Ramayana Trust. The Valmiki Ramayana has now reached the Ram Temple complex. Shankaracharya of the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetha handed over the Ram Yantra Stotra. The Ram Yantra Stotra has also reached the Ram Temple.
He apprised that sacred texts and relics will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum. A special committee will be formed to select ancient Ramayanas. The Ram Mandir Trust will soon issue a public advertisement for this purpose. A temporary temple for Ram Lalla will be ready as a memorial by the end of February.
He stated that the memorial for the martyrs of the Ram Mandir movement will be completed by March, while L&T and TCS will return with their work completed by the end of April.
