Lucknow, November 11: The Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Police along with the UP ATS raided the house of a doctor living in Madiyaon, Lucknow in connection with the terrorist module arrested in Faridabad, Haryana. No member was found at the house during the raid. The team has gathered some important information during the investigation.

According to preliminary information, the J&K police and UP ATS raided the house of Dr Parvez Ansari, who lives in Muttakipur area on IIM Road in Madiyaon. Dr Parvez Ansari is said to be linked to Dr Adil and Dr Shaheen, who are involved in the Delhi blasts and suspected terrorist activities. No family member was present at the house during the raid.
As per the sources, the team entered inside by breaking the lock of the house. Although no official statement has yet been issued regarding this, local residents say that a large number of police are investigating the situation.
It is noteworthy that following the bomb blast in Delhi late Monday evening, a high alert has been issued in Uttar Pradesh. Security has been tightened in all districts, including Lucknow, Ayodhya, Kanpur, Mathura, and Varanasi. Vehicles are being checked at various places. Police are also keeping a close watch on social media.
Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Amitabh Yash stated that, on government instructions, orders have been given to strengthen security at all religious sites, districts, and border areas. Patrolling, checking, and surveillance have been beefed up.
