Yogi cabinet expresses gratitude to PM Modi and Indian Armed Forces for ‘Ops Sindoor’

Lucknow, May 15: In a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday, Yogi Cabinet first passed the felicitation proposal thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian Army for the successful implementation of Operation Sindoor.

Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna said that felicitation proposal was passed on behalf of the Council of Ministers and the public of Uttar Pradesh for the excellent work done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian Army on the successful implementation of Operation Sindoor.

He said that the successful implementation of Operation Sindoor by the Indian Armed Forces has demonstrated India’s firm commitment towards national security and firm stand against terrorism.

The Council of Ministers salutes the valor, courage and commitment of the Indian Army and heartily congratulates them. The whole of Uttar Pradesh is proud of our brave soldiers dedicated to the protection of the nation. For the successful implementation of Operation Sindoor, the Council of Ministers expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing illustrious leadership to the nation. The entire nation is united against terrorism. This operation is a proof of our strength, unity and our collective resolve to protect the country. But this has been possible only when the Prime Minister and the Union Cabinet gave a free hand to the army.

He told that apart from the Cabinet, all the State Ministers and State Ministers with independent charge were invited and in their presence, the Council of Ministers passed this proposal first of all.
