‘Yamraj’ will be waiting at next crossing, CM Yogi’s message for molesters

Lucknow, October 15: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that it is our commitment that we will provide security to every daughter, passerby and businessman in the state. We will provide work to every youth. We will give every poor his rights. The government will stand with every deprived and Dalit. Whoever dares to commit a crime against sister or daughter in UP, ‘Yamraj’ ( the deity of death) will be ready at the next intersection. Only Uttar Pradesh can do this.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was addressing a program organized at Lok Bhavan here on Wednesday.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister released a gas cylinder refill subsidy of โ‚น1,500 crore for 18.6 million eligible families in the state under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (Prime Minister’s Ujjwala Yojana) on the occasion of Diwali. The Chief Minister said that before 2014, those with cooking gas connections were unable to access them. Those who wanted connections were denied access. The government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, provided 110 million free cooking gas connections.

Chief Minister also attacked the opposition and warned those who disrupt festivals. He said that the government will no longer bow down to rioters.

He said that those who want to get a ticket from Yamraj should try harassing a sister or daughter. Only Uttar Pradesh can do this. It is also our commitment to provide security to every daughter, traveler, and businessman. We will provide work to every youth and give every poor person their rights. The government will stand with every deprived and Dalit and will not allow any injustice to happen to them.

Chief Minister stated that the police will take strict action against those who disrupt festivals. Prison bars will be waiting for such individuals. Whoever they are, it won’t take long to put them in jail.

Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna, Mayor Sushma Kharwal, and other prominent figures were present on the occasion. In addition to this event, programs were also organized in all 75 districts. Top district officials and public representatives participated in these programs.

It’s noteworthy that the BJP-led Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh had announced free cylinders for the people of the state on the occasion of Diwali and Holi. The government is providing this amount as part of that effort.
