Varuna express to halt at Shivpur station in Varanasi from March 6

Varanasi, March 5: The Varanasi-Lucknow Varuna Express will begin halting at Shivpur Railway Station from March 6, fulfilling a long-standing demand of residents and sparking joy in the Varuna Par area.

The train will stop at Shivpur Station due to the efforts of the State Minister of Stamps and Court Registration Fees (Independent Charge) Ravindra Jaiswal and the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with the consent of Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav.

The State Stamp Minister Ravindra Jaiswal will be the chief guest at Shivpur Railway Station at 5:45 am on Friday and will send the train to its destination. This same train, 20402, will also stop at Shivpur station on its way from Lucknow to Varanasi. This information was provided by the Information Department.
