Varanasi, May 8: A case has been filed against Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai in Chetganj police station for making a statement by hanging lemon and chilli on the symbolic model of fighter aircraft Rafale. This case has been filed by National President of Nationalist Hindu Shakti Vahini Pradeep Gupta.
National President of Nationalist Hindu Shakti Vahini Pradeep Gupta, a resident of the cantonment area of ββthe city, while giving a complaint in Chetganj police station, alleged that Ajay Rai has presented the Rafale aircraft as a toy and has ridiculed the Indian Army on a public platform by hanging lemon and chilli on it. This is a crime like treason with the intention of breaking the morale of the Indian Army.
Gupta further alleged that this statement of Ajay Rai was prominently shown in the media of Pakistan. Due to this, this act comes under the category of treason, spreading communal frenzy, spreading rumors and crime under the IT Act. Such activities were not only an attempt to demoralize the Indian Army but also an attempt to boost the morale of the enemy nation Pakistan and promote an anti-national environment. The Chetganj police station in-charge has confirmed that a case has been registered against Ajay Rai in this matter.
