Statue of Lord Shri Ram studded with gold and diamonds brought to Ayodhya from Karnataka, unveiled

Ayodhya, 29 December: The installation and unveiling of the statue of Lord Ram studded with gold and diamonds brought to Ayodhya from Karnataka was completed on Monday.

The General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust Champat Rai uncovered the statue. The statue has been installed in the Yatri Suvidha Kendra.

Recently, a painter from Bengaluru had sent a gold, gemstone and gold studded statue of Lord Shri Ram worth about Rs 30 crores through post. The statue of Lord Shri Ram has been made in the Tanjore style.

On Monday, Paush Shukla Dashami, on the occasion of “Pratishtha Dwadashi Dwitiya Patotsav” organized by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the recitation of Shri Ramcharitmanas started after religious rituals by 108 devotees at Angad Tila in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi premises.

Trust General Secretary Champat Rai apprised on social media on Monday regarding ‘Pratishtha Dwadashi Dwitiya Patotsav’, in which he said that our greetings to all of you, India’s Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will come to Ayodhya on December 31. After the ‘darshan-aarti’ of Ram Janmabhoomi temple, they will address the public in the Angad Tila premises. Therefore, it is requested that on December 31, all saints and Mahatmas, along with their families and friends, should come to Angad Tila at 1.30 pm and listen to the views of the leaders of their country. The new road, “Sugreev Path,” next to Shri Ram Hospital, reaches Angad Tila. The program will begin at the scheduled time.
