Sambhal, October 15: Acharya Pramod Krishnam, the head priest of Kalki Dham, said, “Zia-ur-Rehman Bark is a relative of terrorists. These people have spent their entire lives running their business with money earned through theft and brokerage. They have practiced politics by sowing hatred between Hindus and Muslims. They have only caused riots and wounds in Sambhal. Today, this family is at the root of Sambhal’s infamy. It is necessary to impose NSA on them to restore peace.”
Acharya Pramod Krishnam, the head priest of Kalki Dham, said this on Wednesday. He said that the honor of the nation and Ram will never be compromised, no matter who it is. I am not afraid of anyone, no matter how many cases are filed against me.
In fact, on September 30, during the Ramlila inauguration ceremony, Acharya Pramod had called SP MP from Sambhal, Ziaur-ur-Rehman Bark, Ravana. Burke had threatened to file a defamation suit against him on Tuesday.
Regarding Burqe’s controversial statement, Acharya Pramod said, “I did not compare the MP to Ravana. I merely stated that the arrogance that Ravana possessed is also evident in Burke and his grandfather.” Acharya Pramod also targeted Burke’s grandfather, the late SP MP Dr. Shafiqur Rahman Burke. He said that his grandfather had said that Kalki Dham could not be built as long as he was alive. He instilled hatred in the city’s people, incited riots, and divided them. Today, his grandson is doing the same. Sambhal has received only wounds, not development, from such leaders.
Upon receiving the defamation threat, Acharya said, “They will file a defamation suit against me. I welcome it. However, Ravana was a great scholar and a valiant warrior. People like Burqe cannot even match Ravana. Let them file not one, but ten lawsuits, but I will not back down.”
He further said, “File 10 lawsuits, but I will not compromise in the name of the nation and Ram. I am not afraid of anyone. I will continue to speak out against those who speak against Ram and the nation. Silence against insults to religion and the nation will no longer be tolerated in this country. The public has already recognized those who harbor terrorist mindsets.”
