Chandigarh, September 05: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has been admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali late Friday evening due to deteriorating health.
Earlier also Bhagwant Mann has been admitted to a private hospital in Mohali. Bhagwant Mann was visiting flood-affected districts of Punjab for the last several days.
His health started deteriorating on Wednesday night. On Thursday, he had to go to Gurdaspur with party supremo Arvind Kejriwal, but he did not go. Then in Sultanpur Lodhi, Arvind Kejriwal had said that Bhagwant Mann was on drip. After this, all the programs of Mann were canceled. A cabinet meeting was called at Mann’s residence on Friday evening, which was canceled at the last moment.
After this, Bhagwant Mann was taken to Fortis Hospital late at night, where doctors are examining him. Last year also Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s health had deteriorated. He was admitted to Fortis Hospital on September 26, 2024.
