Provide benefits of welfare schemes to every needy: CM Yogi

Gorakhpur, September 22: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held public meeting at the Gorakhnath temple on Monday- the first day of Shardiya Navratri.

Yogi listened to their problems and gave necessary instructions to officials for effective resolution. During the public darshan, the Chief Minister directed officials to ensure that every needy person receives the benefits of the government’s welfare schemes.

On Monday, during the public meeting held in front of Mahant Digvijay Nath Smriti Bhawan in the Gorakhnath temple complex, CM Yogi approached the people seated on chairs and listened to their problems one by one, assuring them that every problem would be resolved in a timely, transparent, and satisfactory manner.

During the public darshan, the Chief Minister listened to the problems of approximately 250 people, a large number of whom were women. During this, one woman expressed the problem of not having a ration card. Chief Minister immediately directed officials to address the woman’s problem sensitively. Arrange for a ration card and provide pension benefits as per eligibility.

Regarding complaints of land grabbing, the Chief Minister said that strict legal action should be taken in such cases. He issued strict orders to prevent the land of the poor from being encroached upon. He also urged effective action in revenue and police matters. CM Yogi urged officials to prioritize public welfare and ensure prompt resolution of every affected person’s problem.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured those who approached him seeking financial assistance that no treatment would be halted due to lack of funds.

He directed officials to complete the estimate process on priority and submit it to the government. The government will provide substantial financial assistance for treatment.
