PM Modi to flag off BSBS-Khajuraho Vande Bharat train on Nov 8 in Varanasi

Varanasi, 07 November: The Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off four trains including Banaras-Khajuraho Vande Bharat from platform number 8 of the Banaras railway station ( earlier known as Manduadih railway station) In Varanasi on November 8 (Saturday) at 8 am,

Earlier on Friday, Banaras-Khajuraho Vande Bharat train was brought to platform number 8 of Banaras railway station with full-decorations. Along with this, trial was done by running and stopping the train in front of the venue where the Prime Minister was to flag off the train. Passengers were seen happy on seeing Vande Bharat Express, so the train driver greeted the passengers by saying namaskar.

The Chief Public Relations Officer of North Eastern Railway Pankaj Kumar Singh said that after the flagging off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, 02582 Banaras-Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express train will depart from Banaras Railway Station at 08.05 and reach Varanasi Junction at 08.30, then after that it will leave Vindhyachal Station at 10.02, Prayagraj Chheoki Station at 11.10, Chitrakoot Dham Karwi at 13.12, Banda at 14.15 and Mahoba at 15.15 and will reach Khajuraho Railway Station at 16.25. Currently only one train operates from Varanasi to Khajuraho. By travelling by Vande Bharat Express, passengers will save two hours and forty minutes.
