New Delhi, November 24: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a programme organised to commemorate the 350th Martyrdom Day of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur in Kurukshetra, Haryana on Tuesday. He will release a special coin and commemorative stamp on this occasion.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), on November 25 at around 4 pm, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the new ‘Panchjanya’, built in honour of Lord Krishna’s sacred conch ‘Panchjanya’.
He will then visit the Mahabharata Experience Centre, an immersive experience centre showcasing special episodes from the Mahabharata, showcasing its enduring cultural and spiritual significance.
At around 4:30 pm, the Prime Minister will participate in a programme to mark the 350th Martyrdom Day of the ninth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur. During the event, Prime Minister Modi will release a special coin and commemorative stamp to mark the 350th Martyrdom Day.
Modi will also address the gathering. The Government of India is organizing a year-long program to honor the 350th martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur.
At around 5:45 pm, the Prime Minister will visit and offer prayers at Brahma Sarovar, one of India’s holiest pilgrimage sites. This visit coincides with the ongoing International Gita Mahotsav, currently taking place in Kurukshetra from November 15 to December 5.
