Sambhal Sambhal, 28 November: National President of Hindu Shakti Dal Simran Gupta filed a petition in Sambhal in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division against Congress MP from Saharanpur Imran Masood for his statement comparing Shaheed Bhagat Singh with Hamas terrorists.
On Friday, National President of Hindu Shakti Dal Simran Gupta filed a petition in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Aditya Singh of District Court located in Chandausi of Sambhal district against Congress MP from Saharanpur Imran Masood for his statement comparing Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh with Hamas terrorists.
While filing this petition, she has said that by giving such a statement, Imran Masood has insulted the martyrs.
Giving information on this subject, petitioner Simran Gupta said that it has been the nature of the Congress party to insult the country and its martyrs and Congress MP Imran Masood has insulted the martyrs of the country by giving such a statement. For this, we have filed a petition in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Aditya Singh today and have demanded registration of a case against the Congress MP.
Giving information on this subject, Simran Gupta’s lawyer Ajay Singh said that today we have filed a petition against Congress MP Imran Masood for comparing Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh with terrorists in which we have demanded registration of a case against the Congress MP.
