Pakistan will now be seen fighting for its existence: Yogi Adityanath

Lucknow, May 9: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath cornered Pakistan on the issue of terrorism and said that it has done such a big act that now it will be seen struggling for its existence. The Chief Minister said that the terrorist face of Pakistan has now been exposed in front of the world.

Chief Minister Yogi made this comment on Pakistan in a program organized on the occasion of Maharana Pratap Jayanti today.

Referring to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, he said that after this incident every Indian was determined to teach Pakistan a lesson. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our three armies have given a befitting reply to Pakistan. Today Pakistan has been isolated in the world and is seen groaning.

Chief Minister Yogi attacked Pakistan’s shameless attitude and said that the presence of top military officials and politicians of Pakistan in the funeral of the terrorists killed in India’s action is going to open the eyes of the world. This proves that Pakistan not only provides protection to terrorists but is also directly involved in terrorism. Now Pakistan is struggling for its existence.

The Chief Minister appealed to the countrymen to boost the morale of the Indian forces and be cautious of the rumors spreading on social media.

He said that it is the responsibility of every Indian to stand with his forces and expose mischievous actions. We have to work unitedly under the guidance of the central leadership. Yogi stressed that India is and will remain victorious in every situation. The Chief Minister reiterated the resolve to stand firmly with the Indian forces on behalf of the whole of Uttar Pradesh.

Recalling the valor of Maharana Pratap, the Chief Minister said that his birth anniversary gives new inspiration in today’s challenging times. He mentioned the historic battle of Haldighati, where Maharana, along with the army of Vanvasis and Girivasis, forced Akbar’s huge army to kneel. In the program, Legislative Council members Rakesh Singh and Manvendra Singh were congratulated for the beautification of the intersection.

He said that this intersection will be known as Maharana Pratap Singh intersection. Chief Minister Yogi said that in 1998, he himself had proposed the installation of the statue of Maharana Pratap at this intersection. Three statues were installed in Lucknow, Gorakhpur and Prayagraj, which were inaugurated by leaders like Kalyan Singh and Rajnath Singh.

On this occasion, Legislative Council Chairman Kunwar Manvendra Singh, Cabinet Minister Suresh Khanna, Swatantra Dev Singh, Rakesh Sachan, Dayashankar Singh, besides Acharya Shantanu Maharaj, Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, Dinesh Pratap Singh, MP Brijlal, Sanjay Seth, Jai Pratap Singh, program coordinator Rakesh Singh, Manvendra Singh, Santosh Singh, Kaushal Kishore, Dara Singh Chauhan and other public representatives and dignitaries were present.
