Gautam Buddha Nagar, 6 September: As soon as a woman posted about committing suicide in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, police reached within five minutes and saved her. The woman was taking this step due to harassment from her husband. Police is taking further action after registering a case, police said.
Media in-charge of Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh told on Saturday that the victim woman admitted in Kailash Hospital in Sector 27, Noida, alleges that she works in a media organization. Her husband and other people are harassing her. That is why today she was going to commit suicide by uploading a video on social media. She said sorry to her parents and others. After that she hanged herself from the fan.
Laxmi Singh told that on the basis of this video which went viral on social media, Sector 20 police station and senior officials reached the spot within five minutes. The woman was taken down from the noose and admitted to the hospital. Doctors have said that her condition is critical. Police is taking further action on the basis of the woman’s viral video.
