Prayagraj, January 09: To provide better healthcare facilities to the devotees at the Magh Mela, the National Ayush Mission of Uttar Pradesh has set up five Ayurvedic and five Homeopathic hospitals.
Over More 100 devotees are coming to each hospital for treatment. This information was given by Dr Manoj, in-charge of the Magh Mela, on Friday.
He said that the Ministry of Ayush has set up five Homeopathic and five Ayurvedic hospitals to provide healthcare to the devotees coming to the Magh Mela. The main center has been set up at the Parade Ground, along Fort Road, on the return route from the Sangam. Another hospital has been set up along the Kali Road of the Mela and another has been set up on the Annapurna Marg.
He told that two hospitals are located on the banks of the Yamuna River towards Arail. Doctors and staff are present to serve the Kalpvasis and devotees. Free medicines are being provided to the devotees in all the hospitals. Devotees coming from far and wide to the fair area are reaching all the hospitals to get medicine.
