Audiences have been waiting for a long time for superstar Mammootty’s Malayalam film ‘Kalamkaval’. Its release date was being postponed for months, but now the wait is finally over as the makers have officially announced the new release date of the film by sharing a post on social media. The film is directed by Jithin K. Jose.
‘Kalamkaval’ was originally planned to release on November 27, but was later postponed. Now Mammootty’s production house “Mammootty Kompany” wrote on social media, “We know you’ve waited a long time… It will be worth the wait… ‘Kalamkaval’, in cinemas worldwide from December 5, 2025. Keep calm and wait for it…” Immediately after the announcement, fans expressed both relief and excitement.
December 5th is going to be a very interesting day for the box office, because along with Mammootty’s ‘Kalamkaval’, Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’ and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Akhand 2’ are also releasing on the same day. In such a situation, there will be a clash of titans of Indian cinema between the three films.
The producers claim that Mammootty will be seen in a completely new avatar in ‘Kalamkaval’, which the audience has never seen before.
