Lucknow, September 08: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) Lucknow Zonal Office has provisionally attached assets worth โน 100.06 crore of M/s Unnati Fortune Holdings Limited (UFHL) and its promoter.
Sharing this information on social media on Monday, ED said that property worth about โน 100.06 crore has been provisionally attached in ‘The Aranya Project’ being developed by M/s Unnati Fortune Holdings Limited (UFHL). This property belongs to Anil Mithas HUF, promoter of M/s UFHL. This property has been seized in a case registered against M/s Unnati Fortune Holdings Limited (UFHL) and its promoters and directors under PMLA, 2002.
This case is related to the misappropriation of funds collected from home buyers, investors and financial institutions for its project Unnati The Aranya located in Sector 119, Noida. Due to this, the project could not be completed and home buyers and financial institutions suffered huge losses. The total attachment in this case is Rs 126 crore (approx).
