Actress Deepika Padukone’s demand for an eight-hour workday has sparked a heated debate in the film industry. Many actors supported Deepika’s stance. Now, actress Kiara Advani has also openly expressed her views on the subject. Kiara, who became a mother to daughter Saraayah in July 2025, is now fully prepared to return to films, and her approach to work appears more clear and balanced than before.
In a recent interview, Kiara emphasized the importance of mental health and work-life balance.
She said, “Constant fatigue and stress are never beneficial for anyone working in any industry.”
According to Kiara, the foundation of her professional approach is based on three things: dignity, balance, and respect. These principles apply equally to not only her co-stars but also her domestic staff.
On the work front, Kiara will soon be seen opposite superstar Yash in the highly anticipated film “Toxic,” which is scheduled to release in March 2026. Her first look from the film was recently revealed, and audiences have been highly applauding.
Kiara says she is currently looking for new and powerful stories and is also excited about a biopic project. The actress was last seen opposite Hrithik Roshan in “War 2.”
