New Delhi, August 11: After the march taken out by the MPs of the ‘Indi Alliance’ on Monday over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar and the alleged ‘vote theft’ in the elections was stopped and the MPs were taken into custody, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has invited opposition MPs for dinner today. This dinner will be organized in the Durbar Hall of Hotel Taj Palace in Chanakyapuri.
According to sources, during this dinner, important issues like SIR, allegations of vote theft and strategy for the upcoming elections will be discussed.
The opposition’s aim is to unite on these issues and put pressure on the ruling party. This meeting called by Kharge is also being considered important in terms of opposition unity.
