Sidharth Malhotra and Jhanvi Kapoor’s romcom ‘Param Sundari’ hit the big screens on August 29. Craze among the audience for this new pair coming together for the first time was huge but the film’s performance at the box office was not as per expectations. The film earned well for the first three days, but on the fourth day, there was a sharp decline in its collection.
According to the report of box office tracker Sacnilk, ‘Param Sundari’ did a business of Rs 3.50 crore on Monday, the fourth day of its release. The film started with Rs 7.25 crore on the first day, while on the second day the collection increased to Rs 9.25 crore. On the third day, Sunday, the film earned Rs 10.25 crore. In this way, the total box office collection of ‘Param Sundari’ in four days has become Rs 30.25 crore.
‘Param Sundari’ is directed by Tushar Jalota, who got recognition from Abhishek Bachchan’s film ‘Dasvi’. This romantic comedy is produced by Dinesh Vijan. Along with Siddharth Malhotra and Jhanvi Kapoor, actors like Renji Panicker, Siddharth Shankar, Manjot Singh, Sanjay Kapoor and Inayat Verma also appear in important roles in the film.
The center of the story is the love story of Siddharth and Jhanvi, around which the whole film is woven. According to the information, a budget of about Rs 45 crore has been spent in making ‘Param Sundari’.
