Lucknow, March 28: The Lucknow team of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached the commercial plot of Ranjana Associates director Pankaj Gupta in Jagriti Vihar area of โโMeerut district. Its value has been estimated at around Rs 69.50 lakh. ED had started investigation on the FIR registered in the case.
ED posted on X on Friday, in which it is written that immovable property in the form of built structure worth Rs 69.50 lakh (approx) of Pankaj Gupta, partner of M/s Ranjana Associates, located in Sector Seven of Jagriti Vihar, has been provisionally attached. Pankaj had done this with the income received from illegal sale of shops.
A case has been registered against Pankaj in Nauchandi and Medical College police stations. Investigation has found that Pankaj had sold the shops built on the commercial plot using fake documents.
