Agra, November 20: The United States (US) President Donald Trump’s son Donald John Trump Jr. arrived in Agra on Thursday by a special flight to see the Taj Mahal. Trump Jr. is accompanied by his family. Additionally, 126 special guests from approximately 40 countries, who arrived in India to attend an event in Lucknow, are also visiting the Taj Mahal. The Agra district administration has made elaborate security arrangements for the foreign guests.
Donald Trump Jr. landed at Kheria Airport, Agra, on Thursday by a special flight at around 1:30 pm. Arrangements for his lunch and a short break have been made at Hotel Amar Vilas.
According to reports, Donald Trump Jr. is in India to attend his friend’s wedding in Udaipur, Rajasthan, on November 21 and 22. In this connection, he and his family have arrived in Agra to see the Taj Mahal, renowned worldwide for its beauty. Earlier in 2020, US President Donald Trump visited the Taj Mahal with his wife Melania Trump, daughter Ivanka Trump, and son-in-law Jared Kushner, but Donald Trump Jr. did not attend.
Furthermore, on Thursday, Chief Justices, jurists, and distinguished guests from 40 countries, who were in India to attend the 26th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World (November 19-24), organized in Lucknow under the auspices of the City Montessori School Society, New Delhi, also arrived in Agra to visit the Taj Mahal.
In view of the arrival of Donald Trump Jr. and other 126 dignitaries of the special delegation in Agra, the Agra district administration has made elaborate preparations for their security, traffic arrangements, protocol, and emergency medical care.
In this regard, DCP City Agra, Syed Ali Abbas, stated that preparations for security, traffic arrangements, and other important arrangements have been completed in accordance with Donald Trump Jr.’s arrival in Agra. In addition, adequate police forces have been deployed at key locations and route duty has also been established.
