Lucknow, May 19: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started the process of taking action against the indecent and unbecoming comment made by the media cell of Samajwadi Party (SP) against Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak. Defamation notice has been sent against SP National President Akhilesh Yadav, State President and Media Cell.

State Convenor of BJP Legal Cell and former President of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh Prashant Singh Atal said that I have sent defamation notice to all three people. All three have been asked to apologize within fifteen days for the indecent comment on Brajesh Pathak on a public platform. If apology is not made from their side, then we will knock the door of the court. Defamation case will be filed against Akhilesh Yadav and all three in civil and criminal court.

It is worth noting that in the past, indecent comment was made by the media cell of SP regarding Brajesh Pathak’s DNA.
