Body of Lieutenant Shashank Tiwari reaches his residence in Ayodhya, last rites to be performed with state honors

Ayodhya, May 24: The body of Ayodhya’s brave son Lieutenant Shashank Tiwari reached his residence Gaddopur Majhwa on Saturday. Army officers reached his house with the body from the Military Hospital. In a gloom atmosphere, people rushed martyr’s house to pay tribute at the house. Along with the public representatives of the district, a large number of local people also reached Shashank Tiwari’s Gaddopur residence and paid tribute.

In a short while, army personnel will reach Jamthara Ghat with the body where the last rites of martyr Lieutenant Shashank Tiwari will be performed with state honors.

On this occasion, the district incharge minister Surya Pratap Shahi along with District Magistrate Nikhil Tikaram Funde, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Gaurav Grover, Dogra Regiment Centre senior officials, MLA Ved Prakash Gupta, MLA Ramchandra Yadav, MLA Amit Singh Chouhan, Municipal Corporation Mayor Girish Pati Tripathi, former MP Lallu Singh, former minister Pawan Pandey, first mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay, BJP district President Kamlesh Shrivastava, former president Abhishek Mishra etc paid homage to martyr Shashank Tiwari.
