Bihar Police on high alert ahead of PM Modi’s two-day visit

Patna, May 26: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two-day visit to Bihar on May 29 for the first time after the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’.

Prime Minister will reach Patna on May 29 and will address a large public meeting in Rohtas district on May 30. Bihar Police has become fully alert regarding this visit of the Prime Minister. Director General of Police (DGP) Vinay Kumar has called a big meeting of police officers in Patna.

All the top police officials are present in the important meeting being held under the chairmanship of DGP at Bihar Police Headquarters. In the meeting, security arrangements are being reviewed during the Prime Minister’s visit to Bihar. DGP Vinay Kumar has discussed every aspect related to the Prime Minister’s security with ATS chief ADG Pankaj Darad.

The Prime Minister’s program is scheduled in Patna and Bikramganj of Rohtas. The Police Headquarters has issued a high alert regarding the Prime Minister’s visit. An alert has been sent to the SPs of Patna and Rohtas along with the ADGs of all the divisions of the Police Headquarters and the IG of Patna Range. There is a threat to the life of the Prime Minister from terrorist organizations and Naxalite organizations and they have been asked to take full care of all the standards of security.

It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister will reach Patna on May 29, where he will inaugurate the new terminal building of Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport. After this, he will lay the foundation stone of Bihta Airport. He will also have a grand road show in Patna. During the road show, women will perform aarti of the Prime Minister at various places and flowers will be showered on him. Workers will welcome him on both sides of the road.

The Prime Minister will meet BJP MPs, MLAs, Legislative Councilors and party officials of Bihar at the BJP state office. The purpose of this meeting is to review the preparations and ground work for the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections-2025.

The Prime Minister will address a huge public meeting in Bikramganj on the second day of his visit i.e. on May 30, from where he will also give the gift of schemes worth crores of rupees to the people. The Prime Minister’s programme also includes laying the foundation stone of the Super Thermal Power Plant at Nabinagar in Aurangabad.
