According to the report, Amitabh has bought a plot of 25,000 square feet, which is worth Rs 40 crore.

The new plot purchased by Amitabh Bachchan is in a real estate development area called Saryu. Big B had invested here earlier as well. Amitabh Bachchan has recently invested Rs 10 crore each in a real estate firm.

According to the report, before the inauguration of Ram Mandir last year, he bought a 5,372 square feet plot in Ayodhya, for which he paid Rs 4.54 crore. He has invested Rs 14.5 crore in Saryu Real Estate. He has also bought a 54,000 sq ft plot in the city, which is registered under the trust of his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan. It is being said that Big B is planning to build a memorial in memory of his father on this land.

Bachchan family property The Bachchan family has been investing in property for the last several years. In 2024, Amitabh Bachchan along with his son Abhishek Bachchan bought 10 apartments worth Rs 25 crore. Actress and Rajya Sabha member Jaya Bachchan has declared her total assets.

According to the information given in the election affidavit, she and Amitabh Bachchan jointly own assets worth Rs 1,578 crore. They have movable assets worth Rs 849.11 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 729.77 crore.

Amitabh Bachchan recently sold a property in Andheri area of โ€‹โ€‹Mumbai for Rs 83 crore. He had bought it in 2021 for Rs 31 crore. Talking about Amitabh Bachchan’s source of income, he earns money from films, advertisements and hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati.
