Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani starrer ‘Mastiii 4’ has finally released in cinemas. After the decent performance of the previous three films in the franchise, audience expectations were high for this fourth installment.
However, this adult comedy failed to make much of an impact on the audience on its first day of release. After a slow start, reports have now come out about how the film’s performance improved over the weekend.
‘Masti 4’ box office collection
According to Sacnilk, ‘Mastiii 4’ opened with โน2.75 crore on its first day of release. On Saturday, the film maintained this figure, earning another โน2.75 crore. On Sunday, with a slight increase, the collection touched to โน3 crore. The film’s total box office collection in three days stands at โน8.50 crore.
“Masti 4” is directed by Milap Milan Zaveri and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Maruti International, and Shri Adhikari Brothers Productions.
The film stars Arshad Warsi, Elnaaz Norouzi, Shreya Sharma, and Natalia Janoschek in pivotal roles. Actress Nargis Fakhri also appears in a special role.
The story revolves around the boredom, misunderstandings, chaos, and hilarious situations of married life, but this old-fashioned comedy isn’t resonating with audiences.
