Over 73 crore doses of Covid-19 vaccine administered in India

New Delhi, 12 September: So far, more than 73 crore, 82 lakh doses of vaccine have been administered to people under the inoculation drive being run to prevent corona virus in the country.

According to the Union Health Ministry, to speed up vaccination, the central government is providing free vaccines to the states. At the same time, there is availability of vaccine in private hospitals also.

On Sunday, it was told by the Ministry of Health that the Central Government has so far provided 72 crore, 21 lakh doses of vaccine to the states and union territories. Five crore, 16 lakh doses of vaccine are still available with the states and union territories. Along with this, 57 lakh more doses of vaccine are being sent to the states.
