New Delhi, February 20: The Indian Youth Congress workers protested against the central government on Friday during the ongoing ‘India AI Impact Summit’ at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. The workers took off their T-shirts and raised slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Currently, the Congress workers have been detained.
Regarding the matter, the Additional Police Commissioner (ACP) Devesh Kumar Mahala said, “This incident happened around 12:30 pm today. These people applied through QR code and then came inside. They were wearing sweaters and jackets. Later, they took off their sweaters and jackets and started protesting in the lobby area of โโHall No. 5.”
He said that we have detained some people and others are being identified. All of them are members of the Indian Youth Congress. These include Krishna (35) from Bihar, the national secretary of the Indian Youth Congress, Kundan Yadav (33) from Bihar, the state secretary, Ajay Kumar from Uttar Pradesh, the state vice president, and Narasimha Yadav from Mahbubnagar, Telangana, the national coordinator.
Mahala said legal action will be taken against them.
