‘Border 2’ shines at overseas markets, surpasses 4th day earnings of ‘Dhurandhar’

Actor Sunny Deol starrer ‘Border 2’ is performing brilliantly in theaters and garnering immense love from audiences. Released on January 23, this patriotic film has fully benefited from the holidays. Especially on the occasion of Republic Day, the film saw a huge jump in earnings, further strengthening its dominance at the box office.

According to film critic Taran Adarsh, ‘Border 2’ grossed โ‚น63.59 crore on its fourth day, i.e., its first Monday (Dhurandhar earns โ‚น 23.25 cr). With this performance, the film surpassed its previous three days’ collections. The film earned โ‚น32.10 crore on the first day, โ‚น40.59 crore on the second day, and โ‚น57.20 crore on the third day. With this, its domestic box office net collection has now reached โ‚น193.48 crore.

“Border 2” is also a hit abroad

The film’s impact isn’t limited to India. It’s receiving a tremendous response in overseas markets as well. In just four days, the film has grossed approximately โ‚น239.4 crore worldwide. Reportedly with a budget of โ‚น275 crore, it’s rapidly progressing towards recovering its costs.

With a strong star cast and directed by Anurag Singh, this war drama also stars Sunny Deol alongside Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty in pivotal roles.

The combination of patriotism, emotion, and large-scale action is proving successful in drawing audiences to theaters. Current trends indicate that “Border 2” will have a long run at the box office.
