First, the teaser for ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ was leaked online before its theatrical release, and now another highly anticipated film has fallen victim of leakgate. The first trailer for the Tom Holland-starrer ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ has reportedly leaked on social media before its official release, causing a stir on the internet.

According to reports, the trailer began spreading on various social media platforms shortly after its leak. However, recognizing the seriousness of the matter, the producers initiated action to remove the video within an hour, citing copyright infringement. This swift action led to speculation that the viral footage was genuine.

It is being reported that the leaked trailer was recorded on a desktop computer. Although some visuals in the video were blurry, the audio was clearly audible.

According to the leaked trailer, actress Sadie Sink is featured in a key negative role in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.”

Some fans on social media are speculating that Sadie could be portrayed as Jean Grey. The trailer also shows Peter Parker struggling to regain his lost powers, giving the story a new twist.

The makers completed shooting for the film a few days ago, while post-production is currently underway. “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” will be released in theaters worldwide on July 31, 2026. It will be interesting to see how the film and its official trailer resonate with audiences despite the leak.
