Superstar Rajinikanth’s film ‘Jailer’ was a box office blockbuster of 2023. Now the makers are preparing for its sequel ‘Jailer 2’. Earlier, it was reported that Vidya Balan will be seen in a major role along with Rajinikanth in the sequel, now the name of another Bollywood actress has been associated with the film.
Nora Fatehi’s explosive dance in ‘Jailer 2’
According to reports, Nora Fatehi has been signed for a special item number in ‘Jailer 2’. Sources say that Nora has been present in Chennai for the last 8 days, where she is shooting an outdoor, high-energy dance song. Rajinikanth himself will also be seen with her in this song. It’s being described as a powerful South-style masala number, composed by music director Anirudh Ravichander.
It’s worth noting that the song “Kaavala” from “Jailer,” released in 2023, was a huge hit, with Tamannaah Bhatia’s dance moves garnering widespread attention.
It will be interesting to see if Nora Fatehi can cast the same spell on audiences with her dance moves in “Jailer 2.”
Currently, the makers have set a release date for “Jailer 2” on August 14, 2026. The long holidays are expected to boost the film’s box office. Nelson Dilip Kumar is once again directing the film.
