Premananda Maharaj celebrates Diwali with his disciples, followers, health again deteriorates on Tuesday, prayers pour in

Mathura, October 21: Renowned saint Premananda Maharaj, 56, celebrated Diwali with great pomp and show with his disciples and followers in Mathura. A video of him happily enjoying the fireworks and lighting sparklers is going viral. Meanwhile, Premananda Maharaj’s health deteriorated on Tuesday morning and he underwent a CT scan.

It is noteworthy that on Monday, people across the country celebrated Diwali with great pomp and show. Meanwhile, a video of Premananda Maharaj of Vrindavan has also surfaced on social media, in which he is seen celebrating Diwali with Radha Rani. During this, he looks very happy with his disciples and followers. He lit sparklers and also enjoyed the fireworks. In the video, Maharaj Premananda is sometimes seen looking at burning firecrackers and sometimes at the fireworks in the sky. He appears quite happy and enjoying himself in the video. This video has been shared on Instagram. Many people are commenting on it and wishing Premananda Maharaj a Happy Diwali. They are also praying for his speedy recovery.

Meanwhile, an old video of his has also been shared, in which he is seen talking about Diwali. In the video, Maharaj says, “Our Diwali was spent hungry. If we went to ask for bread, we would be refused, saying, ‘It’s Diwali. No bread will be cooked today.’ We had to go to the temple once a day. In the evening, Diwali was being celebrated at everyone’s homes. We would sit in the dark. We had no money or food, so our Diwali was celebrated with tears.”

Saint Premanand Ji Maharaj of Vrindavan is reported to be ill again. Premanand Maharaj’s stomach was swollen. After which he was consulted by a doctor. The doctors advised him to undergo a CT scan. Following his worsening health, Premanand Maharaj underwent a CT scan on Tuesday morning at the Shail Sudha Pathology Lab near the Birla Temple in Mathura. His followers across the country, including followers of all religions, are praying for his recovery. Some Muslim followers even offered chadar (sheets) at the Ajmer Dargah, praying for Premanand Maharaj’s recovery.
