The Union Minister stated that this new service will be launched in January. This move aims to modernize India Post’s operations, increase customer confidence, and compete more effectively with private courier services, ensuring faster and more reliable delivery across the country.
Addressing the media, Jyotiraditya Scindia also highlighted the transformational progress of the India Post Office in its first year.
He stated that our rural postal workers are India’s asset. They go from village to village, establishing relationships of trust and love. Based on their empowerment and vocational training, we should also ensure progress and development by starting new lines of business for them.
