Lucknow, 2 September: In the cabinet meeting of Uttar Pradesh government, 15 proposals including operation of e-buses for urban transport and Uttar Pradesh export promotion policy have been approved. The proposal to open a ‘state university’ under Mumukshu Ashram Trust in Shahjahanpur district has also been approved
in the cabinet meeting of Uttar Pradesh government in Lok Bhavan here on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. After the cabinet meeting, Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna, Urban Development Minister AK Sharma and Minister Anil Rajbhar gave information about the decisions in a press conference.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna said that the proposal of the Urban Development Department has been approved. In which e-buses will be operated for urban transport on 10-10 routes of Lucknow and Kanpur. Along with this, the proposal regarding Uttar Pradesh Outsourcing Service Corporation has been approved. There will be no outsourcing recruitment against regular posts.
He told that the proposal of IT and Electronics Department has also been approved. Under this, electronic policy has been approved for 6 years regarding the manufacture of electronic devices. Out of 11 components, manufacturing of display, camera module, multilayer PCB etc. will benefit.
Journalists were told that the proposal of Uttar Pradesh Export Promotion Policy 2025-30 was approved. On which an expenditure of 882 crores is estimated.
Apart from this, the Yogi Cabinet has also approved the proposal to establish ‘Swami Shukdevanand State University’ Shahjahanpur under Mumukshu Ashram Trust in Shahjahanpur district.
Apart from this, the proposal to transfer free land to the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment for the establishment of ‘Integrated Regional Center’ on three acres of land located in Pargana Ramnagar of Varanasi district has been approved.
