Lucknow, 27 August: Bodies of blood brothers have been found at different places inside the house in Saadatganj police station area of โโLucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, police told.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and sent the bodies for postmortem and the incident is being investigated.
Police station in-charge Santosh Kumar Arya said on Wednesday that the bodies of two brothers Raju Pahwa (62) and Ravi Pahwa (58) living in a house in E-Five located behind Chaupatiyan Power House in Saadatganj have been found. The neighbors suspected some kind of mishap and informed the police when they smelled a foul smell. When the police opened the room, they found the body of one brother was buried in a heap of garbage and the body of the other was lying in a separate room.
On getting information about the incident, the sister and brother-in-law also reached there. They told the police that the elder brother Raju was mentally ill and he used to work as a garbage collector. While the deceased younger brother Ravi Pahwa was married, his wife had left him. Both the brothers were very fond of the dog which was locked inside the house. The entire house was filled with heaps of garbage. The investigation of the incident started by sending the bodies for postmortem.
