Hamirpur, 20 August: A dog died in council school which was closed for four days in Kunehta village of Maudaha Kotwali area of Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh. Children’s studies were interrupted for several hours. Children and staff were disturbed by the foul smell when the school opened.
BSA has come into action mode when this matter went viral on social media on Wednesday. He has given the investigation of the entire matter to Block Education Officer Maudha.
A council school of Basic Education Department in Kunehta village of Maudaha area of Hamirpur opened on Monday after a long holidays on the occasion of Independence Day, a dead dog was found in the mid-day meal room next to the classroom. Children got disturbed by its foul smell and ran out.
At the same time, the school staff also started running here and there due to the foul smell. Children stood outside the school for a long time. As soon as the information about the suspension of studies in the school was received, some people reached the school and started making videos. On this, the headmaster got into an argument with the video makers. This video went viral on social media.
BSA Alok Kumar Singh has ordered an inquiry into this matter. On Wednesday, he told that the dead dog has been thrown out of the school. Classes have been started after cleaning. Action will be taken against the culprits as soon as the probe report comes.
