Balrampur, July 14: In the case of Changur Baba alias Jalaluddin, the main accused in the Islamic conversion case, the tehsil administration has issued a notice to Neetu Naveen Rohra for recovery of compensation for the bulldozer action taken yesterday.

In the notice pasted by the tehsil administration on Monday, it was told that 00.06 hectare land of Gata number 337/370 area of โโNeetu Naveen Rohra, a resident of Madhupur, Utraula, which was illegally occupied, the administration has removed the illegal occupation. For removing this illegal occupation, compensation of Rs 46,200 for government land occupation and Rs 80,9198 for the expenses of government employees and other expenses incurred in removing the illegal occupation.
A notice has been issued by the tehsil administration to deposit a total revenue recovery of Rs 8,55000.
Tehsil administration told that if the money is not deposited within fifteen days, it will be recovered as per land revenue rules.
Police officer Raghavendra Singh said that a high level investigation is underway in the case of ‘forced’ conversion. Police force has been deployed near the house of Baba and his associate as a precaution.
