Akshay Kumar’s ‘Housefull-5’ has rocked the box office and has crossed βΉ fifty crore mark in just three days. The film seems to be meeting the expectations of the audience and has raised the hopes of the makers by recovering a major part of its budget in just three days.
The comedy film ‘Housefull-5’ directed by Tarun Mansukhani has a many star cast. Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Nargis Fakhri, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nana Patekar, Fardeen Khan, Johnny Lever, Chunky Pandey are in the lead roles.
According to ‘Sacnilk’, ‘Housefull-5’ had an opening of 24 crores, with which it also beat Akshay’s highest opening film ‘Sky Force’ released this year. On the second day, its earnings increased by 25 percent and it earned Rs 30 crore. In this way, ‘Housefull 5’ has crossed the mark of Rs 50 crore in 2 days and earned Rs 54 crore.
‘Housefull-5’ has two different endings. This means that the audience will have to go to the cinema hall and watch the film twice so that they can see both the climaxes.
Director Tarun Mansukhani said, Sajid Nadiadwala had this idea in his mind for 30 years. Finally, he presented it in ‘Housefull-5’. For me as a director, making a film with two climaxes was the most interesting thing. At that time, it all seems very exciting and as a filmmaker, you feel the challenge of making it better, but when you actually go to the set and start working, you realize the real challenges.
