PM Modi meets family of Pahalgam terror victim Shubham Dwivedi in Kanpur

Kanpur, May 30: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Kanpur for the first time on Friday after ‘Operation Sindoor’. The Prime Minister also met the family of Shubham Dwivedi, who was killed in the Pahalgam terror attack, at the airport itself.

Prime Minister assured the family that Shubham’s sacrifice will not go in vain and action against terrorism will continue.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Kanpur’s Chakeri airport on Friday. Here, many prominent public representatives including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed the Prime Minister.

At the airport itself, Prime Minister Modi met the family of Shubham Dwivedi, a resident of Kanpur, who was killed in the Pahalgam terror attack in Kashmir on April 22. The family was brought to the airport by Narwal SDM.

In this meeting of about eight minutes, Shubham’s father Sanjay, mother Seema and wife Aishwarya became emotional in front of Modi.

Shubham’s mother told the Prime Minister that our son’s death should not go in vain. Modi also got emotional after seeing the tears of the family members.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister said that ‘Operation Sindoor’ against terrorism has just stopped, it has not ended and it will continue in future as well. Shubham’s wife Aishwarya has demanded to give martyr status to her husband.

Father Sanjay said that the Prime Minister listened to our entire conversation and said that the whole country stands with you. Under Operation Sindoor, strict action has been taken against terrorism. He has promised that he will completely eradicate terrorism.

It is worth mentioning that Prime Minister Modi has reached Kanpur today after touring Bihar. He has come here to Kanpur to lay the foundation stone and inaugurate schemes worth about 47 thousand crores.
