Lucknow, May 05: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Monday issued advisory for flat, row-house buyers. LDA has given its special message regarding the map. In which it has been requested to avoid the trap of private builders.
In the advisory issued on the instructions of LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, it has been said that confirm the approved map and avoid legal dispute and demolition action. Check the approved map. For this, inquire from LDA and get the receipt of the approved map from the builder.
In the advisory it has been said that do not take the risk of buying flats, row-houses without map approval, avoid legal action and problems in registration, loan, basic facilities. It is necessary to check the documents, in which check the approved proof from LDA. Check whether it is RERA registered or not.
It is noteworthy that LDA is carrying out demolitions on a daily basis in the colonies being rapidly established in the border areas of Lucknow city due to lack of approval of maps. In the months of March and April, sealing and demolition actions have been carried out in more than 70 places due to lack of approval of maps.
