Lucknow, 28 April: The Yogi government has taken a historic step for quick resolution of public problems. Now strict action will be taken against the concerned officers and employees for ignoring the letters sent by MPs, MLAs and other public representatives.

On the orders of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Parliamentary Affairs Department has issued a government order (GO) and given clear instructions in this regard to all the Principal Secretaries, DGP, Divisional Commissioners, Heads of Departments, District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police.

Yogi government has issued strict instructions in the matter of public problems. In the issued instructions, it has been said that a public representative correspondence register should be kept in every government office. The details of the letters received from the public representatives should be recorded in it. Also, the reply should be sent as soon as the letter is received. The status of the settlement of the matter should also be informed to the concerned public representative. So that there is no need for repeated correspondence in the same case.

Chief Minister’s strict instructions regarding the problems of the common man

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made it clear that the letters of the public representatives should be taken seriously. Also, no negligence should be done in solving their problems. The Chief Minister has strict instructions regarding the problems of the common man. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this matter.

Correspondence register has been made mandatory to keep a record of the letters of public representatives in all departments and offices. Also, complete information will have to be provided immediately on receipt of the letter. Along with this, it will also be necessary to inform about the solution. In compliance with the instructions of the Chief Minister, if the letters of the public representatives are ignored by any officer or employee, then strict disciplinary action will be taken against them.

The government spokesperson said that this decision under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will promote transparency and accountability in governance. Now the departments will have to take prompt and effective action on the letters of the public representatives. This decision taken for the people of the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will prove to be a big step towards further strengthening the bridge between the state government, public representatives and the public. This will not only make timely solution of public problems possible but will also bring significant improvement in the functioning of the government administration.
