Lucknow, June 29: The Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday transferred five IPS officers of the state. SSP of Saharanpur Rohit Sajwan has been attached to the Police Headquarters.
According to the transfer list issued from the Police Headquarters, IPS SB Shiradkar has been given the new responsibility of Director General of Police, Promotion and Recruitment Board. Earlier, he was holding the post of Director General of Police/Additional Director General of Police, Lucknow Zone. Sujeet Pandey has been removed from the PAC Headquarters and given the charge of Additional Director General of Police, Lucknow Zone.
Similarly, RK Swarnkar has been transferred from Additional Director General of Police APTC Sitapur to Additional Director General of Police PAC Headquarters, Ashish Tiwari has been removed from the post of Superintendent of Police, CID Lucknow and appointed as the new Senior Superintendent of Police of Saharanpur.
Rohit Singh Sajwan, working as SSP in Saharanpur, has been attached to the office of Director General of Police.
