5 held for making reels while smoking cigs on a goods train in UP

Barabanki, 10 February: The Railway Police Force (RPF) and the Government Railway Police (GRP) have arrested the five people for shooting reels while smoking cigarettes on a goods train.

The Railway Police nebbed five people making such reels from Fatehpur of the district and took action under the Railway Act.

The RPF Post Commander of Budhwal Junction Ravi Kumar and GRP in-charge Jayant Dubey said that action has been taken against the reel makers in a joint checking by RPF and GRP. A few days ago, a reel went viral on Twitter in which it was shown that reels were being made by climbing on a goods train parked behind Burhwal Junction, whereas this act is against the railway rules.

During the investigation into this case, a joint team of Railway Police succeeded in arresting five people on Tuesday afternoon. They are accused of making reels of themselves smoking on the guard brake of a goods train parked at Tehsil Fatehpur Railway Station and posting them on Instagram. Among those arrested, Mohammad Umar and Mohammad Fardeen Khan were making the reels, while three others were helping them in making the reels.
