4 IPS officers shifted in UP, Raghubir Lal new Kanpur Police Commissioner

Lucknow, October 6: The Uttar Pradesh government has transferred four IPS officers on Monday. Raghuveer Lal of the year 1997 batch has been appointed as the Police Commissioner of Kanpur.

According to the list released by the government, Dipesh Juneja of the year 1992 batch has been made the Director General of Police, Prosecution. Vinod Kumar Singh has been given the additional charge of Director General of Police, CID Lucknow as well as Director General of Police, Cyber โ€‹โ€‹Crime.

Raghubir Lal, who was working as Additional Director General of Police, Security in Lucknow, has been made the Police Commissioner, Police Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar.

Apart from this, IPS Tarun Gaba has been given the additional charge of Inspector General of Police, Security as well as Inspector General of Police, Lucknow Zone.
