16 IAS officers transferred in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow, 16 September: The Uttar Pradesh government has transferred 16 IAS officers late on Tuesday evening. Vijay Vishwas Pant, who was in the waiting list, has been made the new commissioner of Lucknow. Lucknow’s divisional commissioner Dr Roshan Jacob has been given the responsibility of Secretary Food Safety and Drug Administration as well as Commissioner Food Safety and Drug Administration.

The government has released the list of transfer of 16 IAS officers late on Tuesday evening. In this, Dr Ranjan Kumar has been relieved from the post of Principal Secretary, Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, while the rest will remain as they are. He held the post of AYUSH and Food Safety and Drug Administration Department. Suhas L.Y. has been given additional charge of Youth Welfare and Provincial Guard Force along with the current post.

Chaitra B. has been made Director General AYUSH, Sanjay Kumar Khatri has been made In-charge Chief Executive Officer Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (BIDA), Kanchan Verma has been made Commissioner and Secretary Revenue Department, Monika Rani has been made In-charge Director General School Education.

Rajesh Kumar II has been made Director General Tourism, Saumya Agarwal has been made Divisional Commissioner of Prayagraj. Kinjal Singh has been made Transport Commissioner, Brijesh Narayan Singh has been made Secretary, General Administration Department, Manisha Trighatia has been made Secretary, Women Welfare and Child Development and Nutrition, B Chandrakala has been made Secretary, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department and Chief Executive Officer, Clean Air Management Product Authority, Anamika Singh has been made Divisional Commissioner of Bareilly and Arpan U has been made Director General Medical Education along with his current post.
